Terms of Service

Welcome to Taktik. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Taktik customer support platform and related services (the “Service”), operated by Zeron Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Service Description

Taktik provides a customer support platform that includes live chat, shared inbox, team collaboration, analytics, and related tools. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may temporarily affect the Service.

4. Payment and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.
• We may change our prices with at least 30 days' written notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
• All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
• Your data will be retained for 90 days after account closure, after which it will be permanently deleted.
• You may request a data export before your account is closed.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (“Your Data”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not sell, share, or use Your Data for advertising purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and consents to submit data to the Service, including any personal data of your end users or customers. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that could harm, disable, or impair it.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Zeron Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
• We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeron Studio and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. For significant changes, we will also notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the Service.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zeron Studio is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless you are located in a jurisdiction that provides you with the right to bring claims in court.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights at any time.
